Do you frame load-bearing light-gauge steel?
Yes. We install both load-bearing and non-load-bearing assemblies, built to the structural drawings and the engineer’s connection details, with deflection track and slip connections where specified.
What gauges and wall heights do you work with?
25 gauge through 12 gauge, built to the engineered stud schedule. Taller or heavily loaded walls are priced from the structural drawings.
Can you do curved or radius framing?
It is one of the scopes we are known for — radial walls, rotundas, curved soffits and bulkheads laid out from the architectural radius dimensions.
Do you install sheathing and drywall as well?
Yes. Framing, DensGlass and exterior sheathing, drywall, tape and float, ceilings and painting can be bid as one package or as separate scope lines.
How fast can you mobilize a framing crew?
Tell us your start date with the bid request and we will confirm crew availability the same day the proposal goes back.
