Do you provide the crane?
We can carry the crane and rigging in our scope, or work off the crane already mobilized on site — tell us which with the bid request.
What spans do you work with?
Spans are priced from the truss engineer’s drawings and the lift plan — send them with the bid request.
Do you coordinate with the steel erector?
Yes. The set sequence is planned around the structural steel so neither trade waits on the other.
Do you frame the roof deck?
We frame to receive deck and sheathing, and can carry the sheathing as a scope line.
What is your safety protocol at height?
100% PPE, fall protection on every elevated task, and a daily toolbox talk before the first pick.
