FAQ
What is a panelized wall system?
A wall built as a complete section — studs, track, openings, headers and blocking — assembled square on the ground or on deck, then craned into place and connected to the structure.
Do you assemble the panels on site?
Yes. Panels are staged and assembled on site, off the critical path, so the pick schedule drives the work instead of stick framing at height.
Can the panels be load-bearing?
Yes. We set both load-bearing and non-load-bearing panels, built to the structural drawings and the engineer’s connection details.
Do you sheathe the panels before setting them?
We can. Applying DensGlass or gypsum sheathing on the panel means the wall arrives much closer to dry-in, which is usually the point of panelizing.
How does panelization affect the schedule?
It moves framing off the critical path and lets elevations close in progressively. Send the drawings and the milestone dates and we will tell you what it buys you on your job.
