Dry-In Questions
FAQ
Do you install the framing and sheathing together?
Yes, and that is how we prefer to bid it — one crew, one schedule, no gap between framing complete and dry-in.
What sheathing products do you work with?
DensGlass and comparable gypsum sheathing products, installed to the manufacturer’s published detail.
Do you apply the weather barrier?
We treat joints, fasteners and transitions to receive it, and can carry the barrier itself as a scope line when specified.
How do you handle the dry-in schedule?
We sequence elevation by elevation so the building closes in progressively rather than all at the end.
Do you work on multi-story elevations?
Yes — lifts, swing stages and full fall protection on every elevated task.
